    Ever since the early 1980's have few toy lines been able to celebrate 25 years and beyond. My Little Pony has done just that.

    What do you guys think about the announcement in 2008 that the toy line would be whittled down to what they call the "Core 7" characters and no new ones will be added? It has been controversial and not met very well with the fans. But they also have a redesign by way of the Chibi Japanese style of animation and drawing with the larger eyes, etc.
